After we make an appointment for your first visit, we can either send you registration materials so that you can complete them prior to your visit. Or, better yet, you can fill out the forms on your own by printing them off our website.

Your time is important to us and we will make every effort to schedule your appointment in a timely fashion. Also, know that we are a small office and are so dedicated to only serving our patients one at a time that we do not double book appointments. Your time is reserved for you and you alone.

At Very Nice Smile we try to carefully set up appointments to accommodate your schedule. If your needs change, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Our office is small and personalized. We regard your privacy and needs so seriously that YOU ARE THE ONLY PATIENT we see during your appointment. Other offices book numerous appointments on top of one another but we give our time to you exclusively. As you can imagine, we count on you to be there just as you count on us. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice within the business week. Your time is reserved for you and cancellations with less notice will be charged a missed appointment fee.

Our office is set up to give you lots of time to discuss your oral health with Dr. Rich. When your treatment is a bit more complex, we may schedule a comprehensive exam to review the diagnosis and the recommended treatment phases. Comprehensive exams are often covered by dental insurance. We also encourage you to visit the links on this site to learn more about various treatments we offer. Our’s is a full service dental practice. We rarely have to send our patients to another specialist. Most treatments can be taken care of right here. We specialize in personal service.

Prior to completing treatment, we can provide you with a written treatment plan to outline the treatment, the amount of time for each appointment, and the costs of each phase. Should we notice something in your dental health that requires a consultation, we may schedule more time to talk with you about your options.
